Benchley Personal Automation is a privately operated personal automation service.

Google account access

The service uses Google OAuth to obtain permissions authorized by the Google account owner. Google services used by configured workflows may include Gmail and Google Sheets.

How Google data is used

Google account data accessed through OAuth is used to perform automation tasks configured by the account owner, including email-related and spreadsheet-related workflow operations.

Storage and retention

Information processed by automation workflows may be present in workflow execution data, application data, or other records created as part of the configured automation. Retention depends on the configuration of the automation service and its workflows.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold. Data is processed for the operation of the account owner's configured personal automations and may be sent to services explicitly configured within those workflows.

Revoking access

The Google account owner may revoke the application's access through the Google Account controls for connected applications and services.
